Myo Yin is a practice that combines myofascial release techniques, like rolling with trigger point massage balls, with the long-held static poses of Yin Yoga. It aims to release tension in the fascia (connective tissue) and then gently stretch the muscles and ligaments in Yin poses, promoting deeper relaxation and improved mobility.

We combine this beautiful practice with meditation offering the space for you to receive and turn inward. To connect with the breath, to your inner rhythm, to be.
