Restorative Yoga is an invitation to slow right down.
This deeply nurturing practice uses gentle, fully supported postures held for longer periods, allowing the body to soften, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to quiet. With the support of bolsters, blankets, and props, there is no effort, only rest.
Designed to calm the stress response and encourage deep healing, Restorative Yoga supports the body’s natural ability to reset and repair. It’s especially beneficial during times of overwhelm, fatigue, emotional processing, or when you simply need to be held in stillness.
Breath awareness, subtle guidance, and moments of silence create space for integration, grounding, and deep rest, leaving you feeling nourished, spacious, and restored.
